Many birds are about to head south, or are already on their way. Make sure they stop in your back yard while they're migrating by providing plenty of fresh food and water. If you have a birdbath or two, you may be the only place in your neighborhood with fresh water for our feathered friends!
This is a good time to clean all your feeders and birdbaths. Using a little Feeder Fresh in your feeders is a great way to prevent mold! A clean birdbath would make a nice addition, and would be greatly appreciated by the birds.
Mealworms are a delightful snack any time of year. Everyone knows that Bluebirds love them, but did you know that most other species of birds do too? Serve them live, or put a little olive oil on dried mealworms to give your feathered friends a tasty meal.
